I know you remember the song “Getting to Know You’ from the ‘King and I’? The first part of the lyrics are as follows:

It’s a very ancient saying
But a true and honest thought
That if you become a teacher
By your pupils, you’ll be taught
As a teacher, I’ve been learning
You’ll forgive me if I boast
And I’ve now become an expert
On the subject, I like most
Getting to know you
Getting to know you
Getting to know all about you
Getting to like you
Getting to hope you like me

Songwriters: Oscar Ii Hammerstein / Richard Rodgers

One of the thing that happens to us as we take care of your customers is that we are getting to know you better and better through your customers. We work very hard during the onboarding process to learn about you, your customer base and what’s important to you about how to care for them.

But there is nothing like experience to add to the onboarding learning we do.

Every time we are on on-site or you come our way and visit us in our offices, every time we get on a conference call or exchange emails, it’s our chance to get to know you better. We know that relationships and partnerships are what makes this business work. Great relationships mean we have the opportunity for great business.

Though you often hear the phrase “it’s business,” for us it’d be more accurate to say “it’s family, it’s a relationship, and it’s personal.”

Getting to know you is a joy for us and we love learning more and more about your customers, their lives and your community as we work together in partnership. When you trust your customer support to us, it allows you to focus on growing your business and increasing your footprint of subscribers. In this partnership, we are constantly striving toward getting to know you and your customers better and better.

One of the greatest opportunities for relationship building is Tech Connect, our yearly time to invest in fun, friendship and growth with you our partners. This year’s TechConnect took place in Austin, TX. If you want to know more about TechConnect 2019, check out it out here, and be sure to keep an eye out for our next TechConnect.
