SecurityCoverage will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NeoNova while maintaining its headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
NeoNova and SecurityCoverage customers will not experience any immediate changes to their services or billing relationships. The terms of the acquisition were not announced.
NeoNova CEO Jason McGinnis explained the benefits of the acquisition.
