Jason McGinnis to share expertise this week at Cronin seminar in Chicago

RALEIGH, N.C. (Aug. 17, 2016) – NeoNova and its parent company NRTC today announced that NeoNova Chief Operating Officer Jason McGinnis is scheduled to speak on Thursday at Cronin’s Customer Service Management Seminar in Chicago.

The 18th Annual Customer Service Management Seminar being held at Chicago Marriott Downtown is geared for customer service and operations managers, but it has grown over the years and marketing, general managers/CEOs, sales reps, CSRs, accountants, plant managers and many others. This year’s event provides a wide array of discussions on wireless routers and the customer experience, video streaming and OTT and the role of customer service, selling broadband, methodologies and best practices for subscriber research, and creating a corporate culture that supports collaboration and teamwork.

On Thursday, McGinnis will share critical information during his talk about what performance metrics should (and shouldn’t) be used for, where their greatest value lies, the different types of metrics, and best practices for putting them into practice.

“Metrics are extremely important, but they don’t always tell the whole story,” added McGinnis, a former CISSP whose remarkable attention to detail and focus helps ensure all NeoNova’s services are provided with the highest level of performance, security, availability, and service excellence.

Every August, Cronin hosts a two-day seminar specifically designed for customer service and business operations managers of independent telcos. Now in its 18th year, this event has become the networking event for this peer group, with attendees representing telcos throughout North America.
