Company executives to give insights on NeoNova’s continued growth at NTCA, OPASTCO event in Florida
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (Jan. 30, 2013) – NeoNova® Network Services, an industry leader in cloud-based services for regional telcos, and authorized Premier Reseller of Google Apps™ for Business and for ISPs, today announced that two company executives are scheduled to present during the 2013 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting and Expo starting on Sunday at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The event is organized by the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) and OPASTCO.
NeoNova’s participation in this year’s event builds upon the company’s continued growth in 2012, in which they converted 44 ISPs to Google Apps for their internal systems, while securing 18 new ISP customers. NeoNova was able to create 25 new jobs nationwide last year.
Ray Carey, NeoNova’s CEO, is moderating a panel discussion at 9:45 a.m. and at 1:30 p.m. in a session titled “How Your Telco Can Make the Smart Cloud Move for Small Business.” This session will touch on the countless trends emerging with cloud technology and how they are impacting small businesses. Panelists will discuss how other telcos are providing smart cloud services and making money as well as point out what makes the leaders in smart cloud space stand out from the pack.
Chris Benyo, vice president of marketing and sales at NeoNova, will be contributing to a panel at 9:45 a.m. and at 1:30 p.m. in a session titled “All About the Apps.” This discussion will cover the massive roll out of applications today and how some are designed for consumers while others are for use by service providers to better manage their networks and serve customers. This session will explore how apps are becoming expected in business today and will examine if there are ways to monetize them as well as discuss whether carriers should be involved in providing them to consumers.
Ray Carey and Chris Benyo will be available for interviews this week to discuss their presenting topics in further detail, as well as touch on any other general industry trends. Media members planning to cover this event on Feb. 3-6 in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., and would like to schedule interviews, should contact either RJ Moshay or Noah Garrett.
The 2013 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting and Expo marks the first time NTCA and OPASTCO have organized this particular event, geared specifically toward rural telecom executives. The event features dynamic sessions and compelling topics that explore global changes, unique business opportunities, and issues that will impact the future of the telecommunications industry.
