What is the cost of a successful video offering? At what point does the cost outweigh the benefits? How much do bundles such as triple play offerings impact customer stickiness? To explore these and other questions, NeoNova held a preconference workshop at the annual NTCA IP Vision conference. Additionally, we sent a survey in advance of the workshop. This paper describes how we collected survey data and conducted the event, and then details the lessons learned and recommendations based on the results.
