Curtis Strole

Executive Director, Customer Relations

Curtis Strole is a great American. He believes the future is what we make it, and that we just have to keep on “trucking” to make our dreams come true – as long as he doesn’t encounter any clowns, ducks, or homeowner associations along the way.

The “Stroleman” has been with NeoNova since 1999. He started as a contractor with Nortel Information Networks (NeoNova’s forerunner) and later moved into management positions under Atlanta-based Digitel’s ownership of the organization. Since 2004, Strole has served in various capacities of increasing responsibilities within NeoNova’s sales and customer service/support unit. A self-proclaimed “Master of the Network Hub,” his role as NeoNova’s Executive Director, Customer Relations fulfills his core belief that providing great customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business.

A graduate of West Virginia University, Curtis has a BS in Business Management. He also proudly served in the United States Army and Army Reserves as a Combat Medic (91-A) and a Nuclear, Biological Chemical Warfare Specialist (54-B). An avid runner and physical fitness enthusiast, Curtis resides in Durham with his wife Dana and his Lhasa-Poo, Gracie.
