As VP of Call Center Operations, Rich King is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for NeoNova’s help desk operations. He joined NeoNova during its acquisition of SecurityCoverage in April 2019 and plays an instrumental role in helping to provide a world-class support experience to customers of rural providers.
Rich has 20 years of operations and call center experience that includes time spent running support centers across the country with McLeodUSA and played an instrumental role in launching the help-desk business for SecurityCoverage back in 2008. Rich’s previous experience includes 5 years with Transamerica where he focused on customer experience practices leveraging NPS (Net Promoter Score) and journey mapping techniques to enhance operations.
Rich is an analytical amiable who leverages data and relationships to optimize the support offering, striving for a stellar customer experience. A native of Ohio, Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
